Usable welding techniques
The device can weld with both rutile and basic coated electrodes, through the MMA process or in a protected environment, with argon and tungsten electrode, through the Lift TIG (*) process.

It incorporates the latest technology and functionality available at this time.

Hot Start : the device produces a boost of the output voltage that facilitates the initiation of the electric arc.

Anti Stick: reduces the welding current when the electrode is short-circuited. Prevents welding of the electrode to the material. The intensity of this function can be adjusted from 0 to 10.

Arc Force : The ability to weld with a very short arc, even touching the welding material. Best suited for difficult positions / electrodes. The intensity of this function can be adjusted from 0 to 10.

VRD : Voltage Reduction Device, this function aims to reduce the risk of accidental electrocution by touching the electrode. The voltage at the terminals of the device, when the circuit is open, is less than 20 volts.
Since in certain situations this function can make arc initiation difficult, the Proweld DLS and DLS LCD series welding inverters allow this functionality to be activated and deactivated by long pressing the function button for 5 seconds in MMA mode.

The ProWELD MMA 220DLS welding machine is built based on the latest technology in the field of manufacturing inverters for welding, IGBT technology, with a microprocessor-assisted current source.
The device has a robust metal case, lined with plastic material, resistant to harsh working conditions. It is provided with a shoulder strap for transport.
The digital panel of the device is very easy to use, being equipped with an LCD display that shows the selected functions and working parameters.
